What defines us as a company

We are based in Schlaitdorf, near Stuttgart. From there, we serve customers in many European countries, usually over the long term and through personal contact that takes place not via large sales organisations, but directly between people.

What defines us as a company has less to do with our size or market share than with how we treat the people we work with. This applies to our customers, our suppliers and our own employees.

In an owner-managed business, communication lines are short and responsibilities are clearly defined. This is something that most of our business partners come to appreciate after a short while.

Vision

We want to be a company with which our partners can make long-term plans. This means that we must remain financially stable and continue to develop, without losing sight of who we are. We want to nurture the relationships we have built over the years and decades to come. For us, therefore, growth is not an end in itself, but a result of doing our job well.

Mission

We develop and produce premixes tailored to our customers’ specific requirements. This means we listen carefully before making any suggestions. We remain honest even when the answer isn’t entirely to the customer’s liking. And we stick to what we’ve promised. Taken together, this may not seem particularly remarkable, but for many of our customers, it is precisely this reliability that builds trust over time.

We develop premixes in collaboration with our customers. This begins with in-depth discussions about the specific application and requirements, and continues through to pilot-scale testing and industrial production. Throughout the entire process, we remain your point of contact and continue to refine the formulation should requirements change or new insights emerge.

Our suppliers

Many of our supplier relationships have been in place for decades, and that is no coincidence. We ensure fair prices, predictable volumes and a relationship that is based on mutual respect and reliability. In return, we have suppliers who think along with us, who continue to supply us even during difficult market conditions, and with whom a genuine partnership has developed over the years.

Our staff

Our staff are what make our company tick on a day-to-day basis. We strive to give them responsibility, recognise their work and support them in their professional development. Much of this is nothing out of the ordinary, but it is precisely these everyday practices that we consciously nurture.

NutraPet comprises two companies that target different markets and each have their own areas of focus. They are linked by a shared vision, their location and their ownership structure.

NutraPet Systems Germany Ltd

Development and production of bespoke, customised premixes for the pet food and animal feed industries. We operate exclusively in the B2B sector, supplying customers across Europe and carrying out projects on both a pilot and industrial scale.

NutraPet Products Ltd

Functional snacks, complementary feeds and dietary supplements for animals: available as white-label and private-label solutions. We work with brands and retailers who are developing their own products for the pet food market and require a partner to handle the manufacturing.
